Storage limits - Best practices

I am looking for the best practices for storage limits, I am using Exchange Server 2003 SP1. We have 4 groups: Directors, Chiefs, First lvl and Second lvl, here is my storage limits

Warn. NoSend NoReceive
Directors 1000MO Empty 3000MO
Chiefs 225MO 250MO 750MO
Firstlvl 125MO 150MO 450MO
2ndlvl 25MO 30MO 90MO

We have 6 Directors, 18 chiefs, 297 Firstlvl and 130 2ndlvl,should I change something?

ps: I am using Prohibit Receive just in case that someone try to flood my Exchange Serve... (3 x Phohibit Send)

did u try exchange best anylizer tool? got some gotcha from it?

imho, storge design will be very very flex depending on corp culture, easy administation and etc....

nowaday, most likely Exchange store will be resided on a SAN environment, no technically, besides to education users to cleanup their mailbox in a regually basis, we don't limit the size of mailbox to a smaller , like 20-30M, we do 200-300M actually.

from flooding exchange server perspective, lots of 3rd party anti-spam tools u might consider to utilizty, rather than figutre it out with limit mailbox size. some SMTP relay security policies will also help with this kinda issue.
