Storage Intervals on CMS

Hello All
What is the impact, if any, if a change is made to the reporting week via 'Storage Intervals' in CMS Supervisor?
from 'Sun - Sat' to 'Mon - Sun' but before I do anything I wanted to know if there is an optimal time to make the change.

What steps I need to follow and would there be any data loss
