Drive Letter for Newly Installed Storage Device Does Not Show in Windows Explorer/My Computer

1. Did you every use TweakUI or similar to hide drive letters for unused devices?

2. Does it appear in your BIOS as a valid device?

3. Does Disk Management see the device? Do an Action, Rescan.
