Stopping User Sending External Mail 1

HI, Does anyone know if there is anyway in Exchange 5.5 to configure a mailbox so it cannot send any External Mail (Internet mail) but can recieve external and internal and can send external mail?

Add a DL to the Delivery Restrictions tab, Reject Messages From list in the IMS - remember to stop and restart the service for this to take effect. You do this only once.

Now you can prevent any user anytime from mailing to the Internet simply by adding them to the DL.
