Stopping the abillity to browse network

Win98SE, peer to peer, 10 machines all running 98se, network switch. How can I block certain users from browsing network neighborhood? All they need is the network printer/fax. Thank you!
 
You can password protect shares in 98 - but to stop network browsing, possibly policy editor (poledit.exe on the 98 install CD) - 98 as you're probably aware is not a secure operating system - locking it down isn't easy (and any 'security' usually easily circumvented by reasonably knowledgeable users) - especially in workgroup.
