Stopping System Services via AD

I want to stop the "computer browser" service on all my XP workstations in a Win 2003 AD domain. Obviously I want my DCs to continue running the service. How do I do it?

You can do this through group policy, to do this open up:
Computer Config->Windows Settings->Security Settings->System Services.
There you will find "Computer Browser" and can disable it if you like.

Does this stop it for just all XP workstations or just the one?

I'm wanting an easy way to "push" it out to all XP WSs.
