Hello,

I have a small question.
If I stop Oracle using the 'services' windows (so just stopping all oracle services), what method is used to shut down the database? Is it Shutdown, shutdown abort, ahutdown immediate?

Tnx

In NT it wqs shutdown abort, I see no reason why 200 should be different.

Does it not write to the alert log when you do it ?
