I have a closed system no Internet access. This is a Police Department. I have all of the work stations time sync to the server. That works great. I manually set the clock in the server to the cell phone so I know it is accurate. Does anyone know how to set the server so it doesn't keep looking for an outside timeserver? I am annoyed with all of the error messages in the event log.

Thanks
Leon

Check the registry on the PDC emulator. Under HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32time\Parameters there should be a value called Type. Change the value of that setting to 'NoSync' (no quotes).

Then stop and start the time service.

Thanks for the help.
Took a couple day to get to the server, they really don't like me to play with it. All the clocks are sync to the server and no errors in the event viewer. Once again thanks for the help.
