Stop the adding adding of a new record!

Please can somebody help?

I have built a form and i only want the facility to edit the queries which are already held in the database.

Basically i want to disable the option to create a new record. At the current time the user can click on the next button through the records and when at the end of the recordset it will take them to a new record which is not what i want.

Hi!

Try toggling the Allow Additons property of the form.
