Stop summary band from printing by itself

I have a rectangle that is a few inches tall in the summary band. If there's not enough room on the page after the last detail, it prints the summary band on a new page. This is fine. But the page header and page footer bands are not printing on the new page. How can I stop this from happening? (I'm using VFP 7)

A possible workaround: remove the summary band. Put the summary band stuff into the detail band and use the "print when" option so that it only prints after the last record (maybe RECNO() = RECCOUNT() ). Also specify "remove line if blank."

Better yet (simpler) create a data group based on EOF(). Place the summary band items in the group footer.
