STOP Spell-Checking my URL/email addresses....

Does anyone know any way to *STOP* MS Word's spell checker (or Outlook editor's spell checker) from flagging every URL or email address as a mis-spelled word????

Help????? :-\

MS Word->Tools->options->Spelling and Grammar

look for a check box
Ignore internet and file addresses
