Stop Screen from flashing when running macros

I have create a application that runs thru macros. I notice that when this happens the screen slickers off and on. How do I prevent that from happening?

Are you running the macros through VBA or just calling a macro in the on current event and the one macro calls the rest?

If using vba then I think you can use (but have not tested).

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
'Execute macro1
'Execute macro2
'.............
Application.ScreenUpdating = True

where would I turn Echo off at?

In your macro, just select "Echo" from the Action list, then set the "Echo On" field to "No". Probaby would be best to set it to No as the first action in your macro, then turn it back on as the last item.
