Stop popup window mania & frameset breaking

Hi all,

I use two seperate auto surf programs running out of the same page using iframes to generate traffic to my site.

Every now and then some goose breaks the rules and I am flooded with endless popups. I try to report the offending sites, however by the time I have got out of popup mania the original site which spawned the popup window is long gone.

The auto surf programs rules state: sites with popup windows are strictly forbidden.

Is there any way that I can disable the popup windows from my page using client side javascript?

Also some sites break out of the auto surf framset(also strictly forbidden by the auto surf programs) and my autosurf window turns into their site, stoping my auto surfing. How can I also stop these rats breaking the frameset?
