Stop others from viewing mail boxes from 'Other users folder' 1

Please help, I read where others are trying to get the mail boxes be viewed by other people in their company. My problem is just the opposite, I would like to prevent this. Employees (as of now) can see others mail/mail boxes when they use 'Other users folder'.
How do I stop them from viewing?

I don't know of a way to stop users giving access to their mailbox; however do you mean that users can view anyone's mailbox? If so check the permissions on the information store, someone may have inadvertently given 'everyone' permission to view the priv.edb
