What is the best program to stop and detect keylogging? Will Adaware detect keylogging? Are thier ways to detect it in event logs? Thanks in advance

Everything can be detected ... if you know what you are looking for, and there is the problem, those nasties keep changing names and tricks.

Software keylogging, yes. AdAware (though given their recent choices, I am inclined to say stay away from them), Spybot, Hijackthis would be a good start. Run Hijackthis last and post the log here so someone can look through it.
