STOP error - NO_PAGES_AVAILABLE

I have a PC running Windows 2000 Pro.
It won't boot into Windows in regular mode - either freezes - with no error, or the last time, displayed a STOP error - NO_PAGES_AVAILABLE.
I can boot to safe mode.
I'm running a memory test right now.
Any suggestions?

Delete old pagefile and create a new one. You may want to set this to min & max to around 4096 if you have the space.

addendum to GrimR's suggestion:

while in SafeMode,if the memory test turns out fine, then I would install the ChipSet drivers and graphic drivers...

seeing that you can boot into SafeMode, I would think that it could be a driver corruption issue...
