Please could someone help me trouble shoot a Stop Error we are having on our Citrix Servers ( they are on Windows 2000 Servers ) there are 6 of them and at one time or another they have all had this error. It is Stop Error:
0x0000001E (0xc0000005, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

It is most likely a device driver error, so check for updates from the mfg. Here are a couple of other ideas:

"Stop 0x0000001E KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" Error Message May Be Displayed When You Use the Diskperf Utility - from Q300224

Error Message: STOP 0x00000001e KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED in Win32k.sys if you downloaded the Backdoor.NTHack virus -from Q294728

hope this helps,
-gbiello
