System will not boot up normal or in safe mode. Any ideas? This is a possible virus.
 
this is a possible virus? how do know - what happened/changed before it wouldn't boot? If its FAT32 you could try using a virus manufacturer's rescue disk to scan the drive.
 
It is a client of mine and I just got the details over the phone. He told me it might be a possible virus. I am going to try to boot with Nortons 2003.
