Stop: c000263 (driver entry point not found)

My NT4 Server just crashed and I could not boot up at all, so I took a risk to re-install NT2 Server.

After successfully re-isntallation, reboot and an error message appears:

"Stop: c0000263 (Driver Entry Point no found) The \systemroot\system32\driver\dlc.sys device driver could not located the entrey point MmUserProbeAddress in driver ntoskrnl.exe"

Would anyone knows and encountered the same problem help me out.
