Stop background task dialogs poping up 2

I when running a number of applications often I will switch to something while another is taking time to complete. When the long running one finishes it will often pop up a window over the current app. so if I happen to be typeing I end up saying n or y to somthing I really din't want to !!!
Some apps seem to behave correctly & I just get a blinking taskbar icon. Is there any way to force all to behave this way?

TweakUI part of the Microsoft Powertools as a setting that stops programs from stealing focus from the windows you are working on. It is under the general section.
