Hello,

We are running IIS 5.0 on a Windows 2000 server but our network is a Novell platform. I have been experiencing an ongoing annoying problem where I will get "server error <web name> busy". On Microsoft's knowledgebase they have acknowledged that this is an issue and the work around is to stop and restart the HTTP service on the server and then delete some .lck files.

This may sound foolish and may even be a ridiculous question but when I click on the services icon on the 2000 server and look at the services that are running I do not see HTTP listed! Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thank you so much for your time.

The service name is:-

World Wide Web publishing service
