I'm having a problem getting Stonefield Reporting to eliminate the fields I don't want to appear in the filtering dropdown box on their Wizard screen. For some reason, something is not reading the metadata table correctly as these fields are marked as not reportable in their comment fields in their views. Stonefield is supposed to then make them not filterable if they are marked as not reportable but for some reason doesn't. Because of this, my primary key fields and some other fields I don't want showing appear as filter options. I've put the *:SFREPORT NOREPORT in the comment fields of the fields in the view as the help information indicates, but it doesn't seem to matter.
Also, the filter dropdown shows fields from the other unselected views which I can't figure out how to get rid of either.
Is there anyone out there that has worked with Stonefield Reports that can help me? This is very frustrating and I'd rather not manually change all of the settings in the metadata table just to make it work if I don't have to.
Thanks.
Michelle
