I just installed a station module on a MICS. I used the last fiber port available on the two expansion cards. The system recongizes the module, but hasn't assigned any ext numbers to the ports.
Version 30c0g10 nat
3,4,5,6,10,11 & 12 are stn modules
7 is a trk module
14 is for companion bs.
13 is a new stn module.
Any ideas?

They were originally reserved for the wireless Companion. Might not be able to use them if you have an older software release...

Thank you. I realized that I require version 7.0 minimum after posting.

try plugging a phone in.I had a customer that had his MICS maxed and used both reserved slots for station modules...worked fine and saved him a boat load of money "no need for new switch"

6 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"
