Get a new board, unless you have 30 minutes of free time to kill.
Most keyboard can be opened with a screwdriver and the buttons/springs/crevices can be cleaned with some water (excluding the circuit board).
I've been using the same keyboard for about 8 years and the above method has saved it from crumbs, coke and a pint of Guiness. (It's sad, I know).
