Steady ticking noise in VMPRO messages

VM PRO running on apps server. Once in a while users are getting a steady clicking or ticking noise in the body of the message.
Version 9.0.2.0 build 860

Anyone else experiencing this?

Most often it is caused by frameslips or sync errors, IP Office is quite sensitive to that with ISDN trunks. Try to send a fax with five pages full of text, if they suffer from frameslips or sync errors the fax will not be received as it should be, either incomplete or with garbled text.
