Static on service observe/remote monitor

Hi I am looking for some help on this. When we service observe an agent id the call experiences a lot of static. Do you know what could be causing this? Thanks.

Can you be a bit more specific? Does only the service observer hears the static or does the agent/caller complains about static, too? Does the Agent only hear static when the call is observed?

hey frank the agent hears the static and sometimes the caller but never the service observer. it's location specific where medpros are used.
