Hi,
This is kind of a longshot question for this forum, but here goes:
Does anyone know how to add a permanent static ARP entry to a NIC that will remain across reboots?
This is what the commands look like:
arp -s 192.168.1.2 00-84-2d-09-b9-fd 192.168.1.10
route -p ADD 192.12.191.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.2 IF 0x2000004
This works fine, but I lose the static route after the machine is cycled - even with the route -p command.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Guy
