Startup problem 1

I did fdisk /mbr and since this time an annoying menu is always appearing when i start my computer.

It's asking me to start in "normal" "safe-mode" or "prompt only"

What can i do to remove this menu ?

Go into setup on boot and uncheck the boot menu option.

Not sure on Win98

But try Start/Run/type Msconfig/OK/Advanced/Uncheck "Enable Startup Menu"
