startup message - make it go away 1

Everytime I start my cpu I get a notepad box that pops up titled desktop. The contents are the following:

[.ShellClassInfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

Anyone know what this is and how to make it stop doing this?
