Hi

I am starting a new IPO 500 v2 with avaya IP end points licenses , preferred edition and J159 terminals.

I am trying to connect with IPO500.
I have SIP licenses.
The terminal gets the IP address fromm the dhcp server in the network. I configured SIP proxy manually.
As the licensing is Avaya IP endpoint I asume it must be SIP.
After set proxy restart the phone. it ask me for ext. and pass code.
I type de extension number as username and the login code of the user. I can see the extension logged in successfuly but still phone is not able to get full user information from IPO.

Could you help me putting me in the correct direction?

Thakns in advanced
