starting out with a .pm file

hi i download the perl modual i want to try to work with from cpan.org. I'm using windowsServer2003. was wondering how i set up the XML:arser and XML::RSS .pm files

Do i just need to put them in the directory under c>perl>lib and just reference them in the cgi file?

i'm just starting out, so please advise, thanks!

I would assume that you have the ActiveState Perl distribution installed on your machine. If so, you can just run the Perl Package Manager to install any module. A Start Menu/Programs group should be established on your machine and the Perl Package Manager is one of the applications you can launch.
