hi i download the perl modual i want to try to work with from cpan.org. I'm using windowsServer2003. was wondering how i set up the XML::parser and XML::RSS .pm files

Do i just need to put them in the directory under c>perl>lib and just reference them in the cgi file?

i'm just starting out, so please advise, thanks!

I would assume that you have the ActiveState Perl distribution installed on your machine. If so, you can just run the Perl Package Manager to install any module. A Start Menu/Programs group should be established on your machine and the Perl Package Manager is one of the applications you can launch.

google for "o conf init" and cpan, and you'll get details of the cpan command line utility
