Help,
I am trying to write a script file (Remote.was) that will open a Excel-97 Document ("MyStuff.xls") and run one of the Macros it contains (MainMacro). these macros are usually started by: 1. Button Click, 2. Menu (Ctrl-F8, followed by the Macro selection. Upon completion I want to close the ("MyStuff.xls") File and Excel, then return to the processing the rest of the ProComm Script, until end sub.

Can anyone help ME?

You can use the run command to launch Excel (make sure you use the optional integer variable so you know the task ID). You can then use the taskactivate command to set the Excel window as the active window whenever necessary. You could then navigate through Excel (opening a file, running a macro, etc.) by using the sendkey command. The sendkey command has a small example that shows how to drive an app (Procomm, in this case) using the menu items.
