I have a Startalk Flash on a meridian. All sets ring. When there is a line tied up though, calls go to random mailboxes each time. Can anyone shed some light on this problem for me.

Thanks
Mike

It sounds like an issue with the call forward busy, and call forward no answer on each of the ringing sets.

Are you using the auto attendant as a backup to live answer, or is the AA picking up immediately?

Are the calls going to mailboxes only after a caller dials out of the attendant, or is a mailbox greeting the first thing they hear?

AA is meant to be a backup to live answer. I checked to make sure all sets are call fwd busy to none. That's what's so strange.
The mailbox greeting is the first thing they hear and it does matter if the other call in incoming/outgoing/or in the AA.

Thanks

Is the system in night mode, and if so, what are the forwarding settings on the phones in the ring group?

Also, is cfna set to a higher number of rings than the AA answer on all the ringing phones?
