StarTalk Flash Hack

Hi there..been searching forums, couldn't find much on the flash.

Somebody's been hacking a flash. I suggested that they make their mailbox passwords more complex. What other steps can be taken to prevent this from happening?

Check out this faq (faq799-7271) What area are you in? I just had a customer hacked, I'm in the Washington state area.
