Looking for ideas. Thanks for the help. Customer has 8x24 dr5 and flash 2 voice mail. Has 1 main # and 3 rollover lines. All lines are on all 5 telephones (m7310). During the day when someone is there they always pickup the telephone. At night or any other time no one is there they would like calls to go directly (1 ring) to 1 mailbox with 1 message.Thanks

Program night service. Put a night button on one of the phones so they can activate it before they leave. On the VM side, in the table your using record a night message that tells the people to dial the specific extenstion that the general delivery mailbox is associated with. That's the short explanation. Hope I pointed you in the right direction.
