startalk flash 1.4 and 8x24 DS

Hello all,
Trying to install startalk flash 1.4 onto a 8x24DS non dr5
Coming up inactive feature....
Does anyone know if this will work, Ive tried feature 903,983,985 etc
xftest shows nothing and wont take anything I give it...
I have it punchd down on bix position 23 on the station....
Any ideas?

Looking at the Norstar Matrix it says flash 1.35....but other techs were telling me this should work....

8x24DS non dr5.....do you mean NON DS ?
NON DS means it does not have Discoonet Supervision, it will not disconnect a call when users is done with leaving a message etc.
Voice mail should go on DS system only.

Note 2 for DR5: Minimum release of 8X24 (NT5B24CH Rls 04 E/F, NT5B24DH Rls 04 E/S), 8x24 CTX (NT5B29CE Rls 02 E/F, NT5B29DD Rls 02 E/S).
Correct on 1.35 and up
