Startalk DTMF wait time

Outside callers on one of our Startalk voicemails has a problem accessing their personal voicemail.They use a cell phone and can not open their mailbox. Landlines from outside work great. Is there a DTMF wait setting on Startalk? If so how do I access it?

Try setting the keypad on the cell phone to long tones
