Startalk Delayed Message Notification

I have a Norstar 8x24 with a Startalk Flash VM. Lately, the customer is noticing that the message indicator is somewhat delayed and not coming on until several hours after the message was left.

I am not familiar with the Startalk VM at all, so where could I begin to look for the issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

what I would do in your shoes is refer them to someone who is familiar with it.

Other than that- the first step would be to check port usage

Try these: reboot the vm unit or
delete and recreate the mb or
delete and recreate a new mb or
replace the system as last resort
Note: be sure cust has not pressed feat.806 as
this will also hide the mwi indication
