Okay, a little complicate here.

I am already using all four of the greeting tables for my voice mail system. I have just added another line to my system so that a person can have their 'phantom' company yet still communicate with the rest of building internally. I know I cannot have any more tables. If I set the phone at this extension for this person to NOT be answered to by the AA, from external calls, the system will not pick up the call with the person's VM after a certain number of rings? Am I correct this this? If the extension is dailed internally, the VM will pick up after 5 rings.

Any help or comments would be appreciated.

Thanks.

The extension will ring-no-answer to its mailbox if you have the new line appear and ring on the phone. Change the greeting to reflect the multiple use. Remember, you can hook up a second Voice mail using a CP or Flash and get a few more tables to use.. different access codes though.
