I have a startalk a,am wondering if the fan is suppose to run continuously? It is not really noisy,but can be bothersome at times.
Thanks in advance.

Star talk is a PC. It needs cooling fans on the CPU, in the power supply and in the chasis.

hmmm very odd question... replace your power supply if its that annoying,

But if you are looking for a very silent voicemail buy a Flash voicemail. Just make sure your system is compatible.

Darn those pesky cooling fans.
If you would like to see what happens try a simple experiment and disconnect the fan belt in your car for a little while.
