Startalk 2.0 Light mode ?

Hi,

A customer have a startalk FLASH 2 Voice mail on it's cics...

For some reasons, a lot of features are disabled like it he has a startalk flash 2 light product (The one without ccr)

On it's software card, it is a flash2, not light...

Was there something forgotten when he installed it a few years ago ?

Log into F983, then press 44 and view.
If it says VML its Voice Mail Light, no AA, no CCR.

This was typically sold with CICS since the CICS has an internal AA and CCR.

F983 -> 44 Tells me VML

The customer told me it was a VML when she bought it but that she bought a Voice Mail 2 (not lite) on ebay a year later that was broken...

She took the pcmcia card from that voicemail and plugged it in her voicemail...

I guess that explains why it tells me VML

Any Idea how to use the card not as lite ? Or maybe it's just not supported ?

Its a discontinued/end of life product.
As I remember you could expand it to a full function VM with a keycode.
As a VML, it just provides mailboxes.

Can you use the AA and CCR built into the CICS?
