Startalk 180 connected to a Norstar 0x32. Calls through a CCR Tree appear to ring the required extension for 4 rings and if not answered drop into the extension mailbox. Is there any way in which this ring time can be extended ?

Yes..CFDA under capabilities of the sets required the additional ring time..instead of 4 default..change to 5

When changing call forwarding no answer ring count make sure your DTR to prime ring count is not set lower then you call forward ring count or you'll end up with calls forwarding to the prime set.
