Hi all! I'm using Quark 6.1 on a Mac G4 running OX 10.2.8 with 512 mb of ram. After I intalled Quark 6, it started taking awhile to start up... maybe 2 minutes. Then it got better... or at least intermittant. But now it's consistently taking about 5 minutes to start up the program... literally. Someone mentioned it might be a conflict with Suitcase... but I don't know anything else about how to fix it. Any ideas?

We had some intial problems like this...

Basically upgrade to OSX.3.4 and Suitcase 11.0.2...all is happy in our world now

I may be corrected on this one...but I was led to believe that the 6.1 patch fixed a lot of bugs...one of them being compatability with OSX.3.4 (only). If this is the case then you may continue to have problems until you upgrade to X.3.4

I have a problem with Quarks 'Temporaryitems,' somehow one users folder is being stored on the server (Xserve) at the root. Don't know how this has happened (probably operator fiddling) but need to reset the tempitems to be stored back on the users local HD.

Any ideas?
