Hi,

in Windows 2K3 there is the logman command that allows the admin to start/stop performance counters on the command line.
Is there such a tool in Windows 2K? I installed the resource pro kit but didn't find any tool...

Thx!

Have you tried using the resource kit tool EXCTRLST, which allow you to enable/disable performance counters from a pick list. Hope this helps

Hmm.. that doesn't seem to work..

The problem is that we would like to receive a file with the results per day. The Performance manager doesn't start a new file at midnight, unless you stop and start it..

is there another solution perhaps?
