start/pause/start flash movies pages presentation

I am making a locally run "website" for a presentation at work. It contains all flash animation/movies that I would like the presenter to be able to start(no problem) and stop and restart the movie while he is speaking - the stop button of course is not an option( I won't have that bar available to him), not only does it not stop but he would have to refresh each time(?) - so , I guess I am asking if I can some how make a start/pause/start button for each flash on each page

Do you mean you can't have a button showing, but you need to have a way to stop and start your movies?

are they all seperate pieces where the stops and starts will be, or do whole scenes or movies need to be stopped and started in various places?

I have 3 movies That I would want to (for each seperate movie) be able to start it stop it and start it again with a button. I did post this in Flash - I want a resolution in DW because I am actually using Swish.
