Start delay when trying to access

Hi,

I've Dell Inspiron XP sp3 and when I click on the Start it takes a long time for me to access program or control panel etc...Please provide helps if experienced the same issue.

Have you checked from Safe Mode? If it is OK from Safe Mode you can try and eliminate some third party cause.

You can see if you have the same problem with a different user too.

There is always malware to consider.
