Hi All. I guess we had a power outage late Friday afternoon, all phones are working except mine. However I can answering incoming phone calls, I just can't depress a line to make an outgoing call. Any ideas on what I can do to remedy this?

Power down you phone. Power back up.

Try reboot of ksu.

Check station programming for that station.

Appears a software issue Why ?

It could be numerous things. good luck.
