We have a MICS with star talk vm. Here is what I am looking to do.

I would like the calls to go to an individual mailbox after 4 rings and if I press the Night button they go directly to that same voicemail box. How can I accomplish this.

Right now our voicemail is not working right, it plays a custome greeting we recorded aand then directly after that it starts playing a system auto attendant, we want to get rid of these both.

1) turn off the AA. Easiest way is in F982 > Answer Lines = No

2)a, Record your greeting in the mailbox of the phone you want to answer
b, Set that phone to ring on incoming calls and turn on call forward no answer to voice mail.

c, At night press the button you have programmed as F984 (Call forward to voice mail)

sorry, I didnt give enough detail

during the day it needs to ring all the phones, not just the one

right now when they press the night button it goes to an auto attendant, i would like it to go directly to the voicemail box of ext 221

Dont use Night

Do as Marv stated:
c, At night press the button you have programmed as F984 (Call forward to voice mail)

Or Forward reception to vmails DN which is almost same thing.

Follow the process I outlined. If other phones have mailboxes and you are using CFNA to voice mail on them, make sure the CFNA timer for 221 is shorter than the rest. Also make sure no phone uses DND or has CFB set.
