Star talk doesn't come up with MICS 5.0 1

I just replace a MICS KSU ver. 30HgM02 with MICS KSU 5.0 XC and now the Star Talk won't come up.
The Star talk Flash is version 1.5, 4 port.
When I connect it back to the original KSU it comes up OK.
Any suggestions?

A flash needs to be release 1.9 or higher to work on MICS 5.0. You need to upgrade the flash, or downgrade the MICS to 3.0.
