Hi

I have a customer with an older v2 ip office 5.0. They have several alog lines and are going to be diverting at night via bt star services.
Is it possible to have a shotcode to pick up line 1 only and then the user dial out *21*...
Trying to think of the easiest way for the user. Any advice appreciated.

can also be dome by giving the line a unique outgoing group id so that the shortcode always selects the correct line & use ARS with a fallback option to ensure all lines can still be used for normal outbound calls.

However Amriddle01's solution is a reasonable exception to my usual rule regarding Line Appearance keys.
(I wont give him a star because I detest line appearance keys )
